Three Things MessageHarvest Does Well

Browse

Every Conversation at a Glance

See all contacts, message counts, and previews from your iPhone backup. Open any conversation to read the full thread with inline images, search across thousands of messages, and filter by date range.

  • Search instantly across all messages
  • Filter by date range
  • View retained images and media inline

Export

Four Formats. Full Control.

Choose PDF for print and legal documentation, HTML for readable transcripts, XLSX for spreadsheet analysis, or forensic-oriented JSON for downstream review, e-discovery, and custom processing. Configure what to include: media, appendices, date ranges, paper size.

  • PDF, HTML, XLSX, and forensic-oriented JSON
  • Include or exclude media and appendices

Evidence

Structured for Review and Evidence

Every export can include a conversation header with device and conversation metadata, optional message statistics, and an attachment inventory with SHA-256 hashes. JSON exports preserve structured message fields, participants, reactions, attachments, and source identifiers for forensic-oriented workflows. Choose between a formal transcript layout suitable for legal proceedings and documentation, or a more readable, iPhone-like view for faster review.
